  1. Re: “Is time an illusion?”
~~I’m not sure if time is an illusion, maybe it is….but a common, consistent, linear “universal time” almost certainly is illusory. It’s difficult to get ones head around. At the extreme end of this reality lies the situation where one persons nanosecond is another persons eternity. In that context time may as well be an illusion, because two different people, with enough (near light speed) relative speed difference between them would never experience or be able to agree upon a mutual notion of “now”, even though to a third person, they might be more or less at the same place at the same time. Although I speak and understand these words, the truth is, I struggle constantly to grasp the mechanics and implications of this. But cosmology has laid out the case, and it is very difficult to refute.
